Vincent Geraghty Joins Laughlin Constable to Lead the New Vision for its HIVE Content Studio

Laughlin Constable (LC), the independent, full-service brand experiences agency, today announced it has welcomed global agency veteran Vincent Geraghty to EVP, Head of Production & HIVE Content Studio, overseeing the agency’s full integrated suite of production and content offerings.

Geraghty previously held senior executive production roles at Havas, Ogilvy, Publicis Communications and Leo Burnett. Most recently, he had founded GPSG Geraghty Group, an independent full-service production studio, working with agencies, production companies and brands.

“Vincent is one of those game-changing hires,” said Anthony Romano, CEO of Laughlin Constable. “His incredible reputation for building and running world-class production teams, combined with his high bar for creative excellence and his track record of doing award-winning work for iconic brands, makes him the perfect person to lead the big vision we have for what a modern content studio should be today.”

Geraghty will run the HIVE Content Studio as an independent studio operation, supporting its own stand-alone portfolio of clients, while also continuing to serve as the in-house production arm of Laughlin Constable. The  HIVE Content Studio has been gradually expanding over the last few years from a campaign post-production outfit to offering a much wider and more versatile array of best-in-class videography, photography, animation,  social and micro-content, and AI-generated content assignments.

“I’m thrilled to start this new chapter in my career with the talented creative team at LC and HIVE Content Studio,” said Geraghty. “The agency’s bold ambition for bringing together tech innovations, craft, and lean  operations to create a new standard for content at scale, aligns with my beliefs about what’s important for the  future of content production.”

Geraghty began at Laughlin Constable in May 2024. He has received our industry’s most prestigious creative awards for his work, including Cannes Film Gold Lions, Cannes Direct Gold Lions, AICP Next Awards, AICP Film  Awards, One Show Pencils, Effies and Clios for an impressive list of global clients, including Coca-Cola,  McDonalds, Kellogg’s, P&G, Altoids, Samsung and SC Johnson.

Laughlin Constable has won a string of new client engagements recently, including True Value, Nordic Naturals, Good Food Holdings, North Shore Bank, Sherwin Williams, and Elevance Health, and recently won a 2024 Clio and a 2024 Effie for its work with the national non-profit the ASPCA.
