The Final Season of ‘Power Book IV: Force’ Wraps Filming This Friday

A superb Chicago-made series is coming to an end. Power Book IV: Force is currently on the streets of Chicago filming Season Three, and SCREEN was first to report earlier this Summer that this season will be the last for the popular Starz series. SCREEN has confirmed that the critically acclaimed show, led by Chicago actor Joseph Sikora as ‘Tommy Egan,’ will wrap production on its final season this coming Friday, July 19th.

Production on Force has been underway since February. The premiere date for Season Three has not yet been announced by Starz.

While Force will be dearly missed, the good news is there is still a full Season Three of scintillating episodes for us fans to enjoy, hopefully later this year. As the season premiere date is announced and teasers and trailers are released, we will have updates for you here at SCREEN.

And in an instagram video posted by Sikora soon after the announcement of the series conclusion, the actor declared that “Tommy’s journey is far from over with. We’re just starting to get warmed up with it.” So will Tommy be returning to Chicago in a new series down the road? Time will tell.

Until then, please click here to enjoy Season One and Season Two of Power Book IV: Force. Here’s a mashup from Starz of memorable moments from Tommy, played by Chicago’s Joseph Sikora…
