Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Congratulated by Old National Bank, Schafer Condon Carter

As you drive out to the suburbs or back into the city this Labor Day Weekend, keep an eye out for this billboard. Folks familiar with the Old National Bank billboard located over the Kennedy Expressway in Chicago have come to look forward to the daily messages that are posted and changed everyday. So imagine the excitement today when commuters looked up and saw this message, congratulating Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce on their engagement:  “Mr. Swift has a nice ring to it.”

As you have almost certainly already heard, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement earlier this week, after nearly two years of dating. The news, which broke the internet and set social media records, confirmed their romance that began after Kelce’s public attempt to connect with Swift in July 2023.

Here’s a look at the billboard…

The idea was conceived, produced, posted (and client-approved) in less than three hours by Old National Bank’s creative agency partner, Chicago’s own SCC (Schafer Condon Carter) – the same folks who conceived and posted a congratulatory message to Pope Leo XIV back in May.
