The film is directed by Cecilia Albertini and stars Emmy-Award Winning Carolyn Henessy ("General Hospital", "True Blood", "Cougar Town"), Carmela Corbett ("Mad Men, Undercover"), and Evan Handler ("Sex and the City", "Californication").

"Daughterhood" is the first episode of our dark comedy web series, about the dysfunctional relationship between Carrie, an alcoholic, controlling stage mother and her adult daughter, Megan. Carrie does everything in her power to ensure that Megan will become a famous actress, often with disastrous, humiliating results for both of them.
