Michael Rivera Joins Creative Agency Upshot as New Executive Creative Director

Upshot, a full-service creative agency known for its work with clients such as Constellation Brands, Google, Starbucks and Procter and Gamble, has hired Michael Rivera as Executive Creative Director.  

Throughout his 20+ year career, Rivera has created award-winning brand campaigns, innovative commerce experiences, mobile apps and loyalty programs. His focus is on building diverse multi-disciplined creative teams, with the ability to create connected experiences that drive brand performance. As a past agency owner and software start-up founder, Rivera also brings an entrepreneurial spirit to the agency.

Now moving to Upshot, Rivera is eager to put his diverse creative leadership skills to work with leading brands to make a positive and powerful impact in their industries and in culture.

Prior to joining Upshot, Rivera served as Chief Creative Officer for The Marketing Store, North America, leading creative for clients including T-Mobile, Coca-Cola and McDonald’s as well as Petsmart, and Nissan. Additionally, he has served as an Executive Creative Director at The Integer Group, HY Connect, Agency.com and MARC USA.
