Grubhub Promotes Jasmine Sharpe to Director of Creative Expanding Leadership Role

Grubhub, a leading online food delivery platform, announces the promotion of Jasmine Sharpe to Director of Creative, recognizing her exceptional leadership in driving the company’s recent visual identity transformation and positioning the brand for continued growth.

Sharpe’s responsibilities include oversight of all creative developed by Grubhub’s internal studio.  She also plays a key role in working closely with a roster of agencies and big brand campaigns.  Since joining Grubhub in late 2023, Sharpe has spearheaded the company’s rebrand, a strategic evolution designed to drive differentiation and deepen emotional connection with consumers. The successful launch in April 2025 established a visual identity that balances heritage with fresh energy.

“Jasmine’s discerning eye for detail  and vision have been transformative for our brand,” said Marnie Kain, VP Brand at Grubhub. “Our new visual identity truly resonates with our audience — and makes her the ideal person to guide our creative impact as we continue to evolve.”

With a design philosophy centered on storytelling and collaboration, Sharpe has shaped and led design across an array of legacy brands — including PepsiCo, Starbucks and Microsoft — bringing to each a fresh approach that feels both modern and authentically human. At Grubhub, she said, “I’m excited to continue building creative experiences that not only stand out in a crowded marketplace but genuinely connect with people on an emotional level.”

Recognized as a passionate advocate for advancing diversity in the design industry, Sharpe underscores the importance of ensuring diverse voices not only have seats at the table but also real influence in shaping creative decisions. “Diverse perspectives aren’t just nice to have,” she shared on the podcast Months in Motion. “They’re essential to creating work that’s authentic, meaningful, and truly resonates with people.”

As Director of Creative, Sharpe will lead Grubhub’s visual identity and tone of voice across all marketing touchpoints. Her leadership arrives at a pivotal moment for the company, following its November 2024 acquisition by Wonder, which opens the door to new opportunities for innovation in food delivery and dining.
