GoTraveler adds Rick Steves’ Europe to Linear Line-Up
Travel is different now more than ever. In a recent YouGov study with 17,000 participants around the world, the number one reason people are traveling is to see loved ones, followed by a beach vacation. While domestic travel still seems to be the route most travelers are taking, if at all, there’s still a longing for International travel.
Award-winning television host and best-selling guidebook author, Rick Steves, took more than 30,000 people to Europe in 2019 on his small-group bus tours, and he’s eagerly waiting to resume his tour business once international travel is safe and reliable.
“We’re almost there, and we can’t wait to start showing people around Europe,” Steves’ shared, “but we want to wait till everyone is safe and vaccinated.” In the interim, he’s found another way to connect people to some of his favorite places – on the GoTraveler channel.
“We’re excited to be working with GoTraveler to take more viewers to Europe’s most interesting places, from great cities to off-the-beaten-path discoveries. especially now when we can’t physically go there,” Lisa Werner, Marketing Manager for Rick Steves’ Europe, shared.
Rick Steves’ Europe Season 7 will be streaming on GoTraveler starting this April. You can download GoTraveler on Roku and FireTV and/or stream on RedBox, Xumo, and LG.
There’s a lot to learn about the world and discover. And one of the best ways to explore is by watching travel shows.
