Springboard is Highdive’s summer internship program.
From the Highdive website: “For nine weeks, our program seeks to give individuals the opportunity to explore a career in the advertising industry and really get their feet wet.
Over the course of the summer, our interns will learn what it means to be a Highdiver. We believe people learn by doing. So that means involvement in real client projects, immersion in agency life, and a chance to experience why we embrace productivity and positivity as our core values.
We’re looking for fearless doers and thinkers who are willing to dive into the deep end.”
