Doe-Anderson Elevates Three Creatives
Doe-Anderson announces the promotions of Miles Harvey and Britt Riley to SVP, Executive Creative Director, and Zach Stewart to SVP, Executive Creative Director, Head of Design, effective immediately. They each previously held the title of VP, Creative Director. Harvey, Riley and Stewart work across all agency clients and report to President and Chief Creative Officer Leyla Touma Dailey.
The appointments follow Doe-Anderson’s recent national recognition as Ad Age Small Agency of the Year 2025 Winner in the highly coveted category of Agency Culture.
“Touma Dailey notes: “Britt, Miles and Zach are the driving forces behind our creative firepower. They’re masters at their craft, having led award-winning and results-driven campaigns while staying laser-focused on cultivating Doe’s culture of creating positive impact and change.”

Miles’s work has been recognized by the Effies, Graphis, AdAge, and a slew of gold Addy awards. He created the first 180-degree immersive YouTube video which currently has over 10 million views and is cited by Google as a Creative Success Case Study. Prior to his career at Doe-Anderson, Miles was an Executive Producer and Creative Lead on brand integrations for Ryan Seacrest at iHeartMedia – where he worked closely with brands like Coke, Chevy and Target as well as high-profile individuals like Taylor Swift, Jimmy Fallon and Jennifer Lopez.
Since joining Doe in 2017, Miles has served as creative lead at various times on a broad range of global and national brands including Maker’s Mark, Roto-Rooter, Norton Healthcare and Louisville Tourism. He’s also played an instrumental role in shaping lasting brand campaigns for clients from Ohio Health to the State of Kentucky.
Britt is an award-winning creative leader with more than 15 years of experience who has led creative for some of the world’s most recognizable names, including Red Bull, Ocean Spray, Progressive Insurance, and Avocados from Mexico.
Today, Britt serves as the creative lead behind several high-impact campaigns for Carrier, LG&E and KU, and Sullivan University. She helped launch Carrier’s global brand campaign, For the World We Share, a new platform and tagline that highlight how innovation enables better living while reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability. For LG&E and KU, she has made a traditionally corporate utility brand more relatable and human with campaigns that emphasize sustainability, community impact, and public safety. For Sullivan University, Britt helped reposition the institution as The School of Doing, overseeing a new brand platform and website that have significantly increased both leads and enrollment.
Britt’s favorite part of the job isn’t the ideas themselves, but the people who bring them to life. She’s passionate about leading with empathy, building teams that lift each other up, and creating work that feels as good to make as it does to watch.
After building a career as an Art Director and Designer in Chicago, Zach joined Doe-Anderson a decade ago and instantly began to make an impact. In 2021, he was elevated to Director of Design. Across an usually wide variety of categories and clients, Zach has raised the bar on how culturally connected creative can be. For Louisville Tourism, he turned Jack Harlow lyrics on social into covertly winnable fan experiences IRL. Meanwhile, his refresh for Georgia Aquarium – the largest aquarium in North America – turned a museum into a lifestyle brand.
Zach co-founded and co-chairs Doe’s fledgling innovation task force which defines and drives the agency’s use of AI. All while continuously finding time to mentor junior creatives, pushing everyone’s work to new heights. Over the last year, he has been a guest lecturer at Western Kentucky University and University of Louisville as well as a volunteer portfolio advisor at Kentucky College of Art & Design and Ballard High School.
