Craig Miller Joins Schafer Condon Carter As Chief Creative Officer
Craig Miller, most recently Executive Creative Director at Omnicom Group’s The Marketing Arm (TMA), has joined Schafer Condon Carter (SCC) as its Chief Creative Officer. With nearly 30 years of agency experience, Miller has created remarkable work for brands such as Budweiser, Morgan Stanely, Uber Eats, the Chicago Bears and many more. Most recently he was instrumental in overseeing the relaunch of the State Farm brand campaign featuring “Jake from State Farm.”
“We’re thrilled to have Craig join us,” said SCC CEO Ben Behrman. “He’s been behind a lot of important work with top clients and understands how to leverage creativity that drives business growth. With Craig leading our creative efforts, we’re going to raise the bar even higher on the work we’re delivering to our clients. I believe he will inspire our full agency team to learn, grow, and push the work.”
Miller will be taking over responsibility for creative, design, content and video production at SCC. He joins a leadership team committed to making impactful work that grows both the brand and the business.
In recent months, the founders of SCC have organized under a formal board of directors and elevated leaders from across the organization. In January, the agency announced founder Tim Condon’s move to Executive Chairman and 14-year SCC veteran Behrman’s transition to CEO. Late last year, Amy Cesta rejoined the agency as Chief Client Officer, and Kristin Galbraith, Jack Hennessy and Joe Raser joined the leadership team.
“I’ve admired SCC and their work for many years and I couldn’t be more excited to join the agency at this time, in this important role,” said Craig Miller. “The work has always been excellent. They have a great track record, an incredibly talented team, and a growing list of top clients. I’m looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and creating great work.”
SCC has been a perennial award winner across multiple stages including Addys®, Clios®, Emmys® – and has been named an AdAge Small Agency of the Year three times. SCC clients include Kellanova, WK Kellogg Co., Gallagher Insurance, Lowe’s, Old National Bank, SOLO, Dynatrace, G.U.M. Brands, and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
