Colonie Creative Director Jennifer Moody Answers Five Questions
That day you met Shakira, Guilty pleasure TV, and the Best Halloween costume ever… The Colonie Creative Director Jennifer Moody stopped by this week for Five Questions with SCREEN. Enjoy!
SCREEN: As we say our final goodbyes to Halloween 2020, what is your favorite Halloween costume ever?
JENNIFER: In the mid-nineties I went to the Halloween parade as a “web site” which involved wearing a black t-shirt with a URL painted on it and covering myself in fake webbing. I loved it because it was so representative of who I was at that age.
SCREEN: The question everyone is asking this week… If you could appoint ANYONE to be President of the United States, who would it be?
JENNIFER: I think it’s time for a female to be in charge.
SCREEN: Most famous person you’ve ever met?
JENNIFER: I met Shakira briefly at a sound check while with her opening band. She had gone over her allotted time and came up to us to apologize, personally introducing herself and shaking our hands. She was very gracious.
SCREEN: What has been your favorite “stay-at-home” activity over the past few months?
JENNIFER: I’ve become completely addicted to at-home spin classes. I try to take a class every morning during the time I’d normally be bike commuting to the office. It’s a great way to clear my head and move around before spending the day sitting at my desk (conveniently located an arm’s length from the spin bike).
SCREEN: What’s that TV show you’re a little embarrassed to admit you love to watch?
JENNIFER: House Hunters. I know it’s all lies, so I try to figure out which one they already own and which two they are pretending to be interested in. It’s a fun game to try to outsmart the show’s producers.
BONUS QUESTIONS!
SCREEN: What’s the best thing you ever ate?
JENNIFER: The vegan tasting menu at the Jory Restaurant’s Chardonnay Celebration Dinner in 2016.
SCREEN: What’s inspiring you today?
JENNIFER: Adobe Max virtual sessions. If I can’t be there, at least I can listen in while working with a cat on my lap!
