The Fall Finales are here, and so are the cliffhangers, surprise guests, and a highly anticipated wedding. The Dick Wolf triumvirate of Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago PD brings its loyal #OneChicago fans a round of brand new episodes this Wednesday, December 7th.

So what can you expect from this trio of Windy City bands of heroes? Here is a quick rundown of the new episodes set to premiere.

Chicago Med Opens the Night at 7 p.m. Central

“This Could Be the Start of Something New” is the title of the new episode of Chicago Med, set to debut Wednesday at 7 p.m. Central, to kick off the #OneChicago lineup. Here’s the official synopsis: Halstead relies on Marcel and Med’s newly donated OR 2.0 to save his patient; Charles helps an elderly, confused patient who’s mourning the loss of his high school sweetheart; as their wedding day approaches, Choi and April run into some roadblocks.

New Episode for Ratings King Chicago Fire

Here’s the official synopsis for Wednesday night’s new episode of Chicago Fire at 8 p.m. Central, entitled “Nemesis”… Severide struggles with the cost of helping Det. Pryma with the Martucci case; Gallo campaigns for Herrmann to represent 51 at the National Firefighter’s Association’s Winter Conference; a familiar face makes a shocking return.

Closing the #OneChicago Night is Chicago PD

OneChicago Wednesday wraps up with the 9 p.m. Central brand new episode of Chicago P.D. Here’s the official synopsis for “Proof of Burden”: After a shocking discovery, the team begins closing in on Sean O’Neal with every shred of evidence they can find; determined to keep his son out of prison, Chief O’Neal hires a lawyer.
