‘Chicago Fire’ Is NBC’s Most Watched Series of 2022

It’s time to celebrate what went right in 2022, and that celebration starts at Firehouse 51. Once again, the most popular shows on NBC come through Chicago. Here are the numbers and more…

The 2022 ratings crown goes to the series that sparked the whole OneChicago franchise… Chicago Fire. In regard to NBC’s scripted and non-scripted series, the Dick Wolf drama ranks No. 1 in both metrics with an average of 9.4 million total viewers and a 1.1 rating in the key viewer demographic.

Not only is Chicago Fire NBC’s top show of the season, but Chicago Med and Chicago PD round out the Top 3 in total viewers with averages of 8.7 million and 8.5 million this season, respectively, according to One Chicago Center
