Three Projects, Three Big Wins for Mode Project

Three tremendous organizations, three compelling video projects, three wins for Mode Project at the 41st Annual Telly Awards. Chicago Symphony Orchestra, After School Matters and WTTW, respectively, won Best in Travel Tourism, Best in Not-for-Profit, and Best in Television Motion Graphics categories, recognized by Silver and Bronze honors.
“The Soundtrack of a Great City,” produced for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, received a Silver Award for Best in Travel Tourism. The video artistically weaves everyday Chicago street scenes and sounds with a performance by the city’s world-class symphony. See for yourself:
“It Made Me Who I Am," tells the story of a teen whose life was transformed by After School Matters’ programs, and was the centerpiece for their annual fundraising gala last year. Please enjoy this powerful piece:
“Art and Design in Chicago / Main Title” for PBS member station WTTW, captures the excitement of 130 years of art and design in Chicago in a unique opening title sequence for WTTW’s series about Chicago as a creative metropolis for artists and designers from around the world. Here it is:

Now, more than ever, do we need to celebrate them and those that bring global stories to our attention. These awards are a tribute to the talent and vision of these creators.”
The Telly Awards honors excellence in video and television across all screens and is judged by leaders from video platforms, television, streaming networks, production companies including Dow Jones, Duplass Brothers Productions, Complex Networks, A&E Networks, Hearst Media, ESPN Films, RYOT, Vice+ and Vimeo. More than 12,000 entries were considered, from top video content producers including Adult Swim, the BBC, Condé Nast, Complex Networks, Netflix, Refinery29, RadicalMedia, T Brand Studio and Ogilvy & Mather.
