Chicago-based creative content company Strange Loop has added director Kendall Goldberg to their roster. Originally from Chicago, Goldberg is an LA-based director showcasing her films at Academy Award qualifying festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival, LA Shorts and the Austin Film Festival.
At just 22 years old, Goldberg completed her first feature film, WHEN JEFF TRIED TO SAVE THE WORLD, starring Jon Heder (NAPOLEON DYNAMITE) and Jim O'Heir (PARKS AND RECREATION). The film has already picked-up press on Deadline, LA Times, and the Chicago Tribune and is currently acquiring distribution.
Aside from her work in the film circuit, she has recently partnered with the American Diabetes Association to produce a heartwarming branded documentary titled Dempsey the Diabetic Superhero, which was selected as a part of the 2017 Leo Freedman Foundation First Cut series, screening at the Director’s Guild in LA and New York.
