Finance and Operations Manager
The Finance and Operations Manager (FOM) is hands-on, organized, hard-working and nimble with a keen attention to detail. The FOM is responsible for all financial and operational functions of the organization. This position will play a key role in the organization’s funding strategy and long-term financial stability. The Finance Manager will collaborate with the executive management team to analyze department finances and develop and track budgets.
The FOM role requires a high level of professionalism in both internal and external communication. This staff person will be expected to manage multiple assignments concurrently, work efficiently to meet deadlines, and maintain excellent working relationships with filmmakers, outside vendors, and Kartemquin staff. The FOM is a full-time exempt position. Peak periods and special events may require occasional evenings and weekends.
